Nope I didn't get it figured out still have the same issue.  Thanks for 
 letting me know how to pass the options for the module.

 Still seems to have the same limit.

 I have basically given up.  Purchased routers to handle the traffic.

 happy to test something else if you have another idea.  but it just 
 seems to be a limitation of the hardware.
