Tushar,

  Thank you for replying.  No, this is not in a virtual environment.

  The logs I presented are from a system running 2.1.4.  The system
was previously running various earlier versions of the driver.  We've
seen the same "probe -2" error on previous versions but unfortunately
we did not have DEBUG defined with those earlier versions.
