Recently, I started experiencing what seems to be watchdog events with the
e1000e driver due to a "transmit queue time out".  Each time this occurs,
the e1000e adapter resets a bunch of times.

I was running the 3.4.4 kernel and don't recall this issue.  Now I am
running the 3.6.3 kernel and am experiencing this issue.  I cannot see any
obvious pattern of use that is leading to this failure.

Do any of you have any insight into what is going on here or how best to
debug this issue?

The Ethernet controller is the embedded Ethernet controller in the Ivy
Bridge platforms.  (82579LM Gigabit Network Connection (rev 04))
