Could you also provide some information about the configuration of the system 
when this happens?  
Do you have Runtime Power Management configured in the kernel and enabled? 
(echo auto > /sys/devices/pci0000\:00/0000\:00\:19.0/power/control)
Is the network cable in and link is up?  Is anything happening to the link 
partner (going up and down, connecting and disconnecting)?
