The first google entry for me brought up BVM-store.com. We don't make the card, 
so you'll have to contact them.

The part is in the driver, but we defer to community support for e100 (and 
e1000).

I tried google, but it found me nothing of use.  It is still listed as a 
supported part in the driver.

Is there any way to pass a parameter to the driver to tell it how many ports to 
expect, or does the driver get this information from the board - presumably an 
eprom?
