I'm trying to debug a system at a remote site.

It is showing worse performance than expected (an E5 2.4Ghz CPU
system is having issues transmitting smoothly above about 800Mbps),
and we have seen similar things in the past when we have forgotten
to disable VT-d in the BIOS.

Is there any way to detect it VT-d is enabled from
the linux command line?

Thanks,
Ben
