That's what I'm seeing, but I don't know the hardware details, and I dig the 
manual and found below related parts:

if several functions are enabled at the same time, priority is defined as 
follows (skip functions that are not
enabled):
• IPv4 packet
— Try using the TcpIPv4 function
— Try using UdpIPv4 function
