For "cables" you can select Intel® Ethernet QSFP+ Twinaxial Cable if the peer 
is also 40G nic
from [1], or if the peer is 4x10G NIC from [2]

Check whether your 40G NIC are supported in the cable spec. It works for me 
using [1] with XL710-QDA2
