I am using on-board Intel igb network module on my one of the CentOS 6 servers. 
The network speed often drops to 100 Mb and I could not understand what's wrong 
with it. Could you please tell me what could be the problem?

My kernel release on that server is 2.6.32-504.16.2.el6.x86_64 and the ethernet 
driver is V 5.2.15. ( I installed kmod-hp-igb-5.2.15-2.rhel6u6.x86_64.rpm ).
