I applied this patch, and confirmed to resolve the issue of bridge addif.

CPU spending time with using patched driver is shown as below:

# time brctl addif br1 p1p1

real    0m0.001s
user    0m0.000s
sys     0m0.001s

Additionally, AT2 Server Adapter which is another NIC I have is also performed 
normally without a delay.

# time brctl addif br1 p4p1

real    0m0.001s
user    0m0.000s
sys     0m0.001s
