First adding the required mailing list <e1000-devel@lists.sourceforge.n et> and removing the in-appropriate mailing list intel-wired-lan mailing list. It does appear that our e1000e developer has not successfully uploaded the 3.3.3 version of the driver to our sourceforge site. I will work with the developer to get this resolved.
