Hi Jason,

Did you ever resolve this? I have the same issue, but according to other 
sources disabling gro and/or lro resolves it temporarily. Doesn't seem 
the best solution though.

ethtool -K enp4s0f0 gro off
ethtool -K enp4s0f0 lro off
