What do you mean by VXLAN offload? I know I submitted changes a few weeks back that enabled NETIF_F_HW_CSUM for the VFs. That allows them to offload the Tx checksum.
The i40e and i40evf drivers support VXLAN segmentation and inner checksum offload. I believe they have that enabled for both the PF and VF last I knew. As far as I know there isn't any support for insertion or stripping like there is for VLANs on any of the devices. - Alex On Tue, Mar 1, 2016 at 11:57 PM, Du, Fan <fan...@intel.com> wrote: > Hi, NIC experts > > Can I use hw vxlan offload feature for a VF exposed by SR-IOV? > > Thanks! > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Site24x7 APM Insight: Get Deep Visibility into Application Performance > APM + Mobile APM + RUM: Monitor 3 App instances at just $35/Month > Monitor end-to-end web transactions and take corrective actions now > Troubleshoot faster and improve end-user experience.
