Hello all,

I would like to direct your attention to a bug filed almost two years
ago, the item in the tracker is located here:

https://sourceforge.net/p/e1000/bugs/412/

I noticed the bug just yesterday on my machine:

[11350.074346] e1000e: EEE TX LPI TIMER: 00000011
[11351.010374] pci_pm_suspend(): e1000e_pm_suspend+0x0/0x40 [e1000e]
returns -2
[11351.010377] dpm_run_callback(): pci_pm_suspend+0x0/0x140 returns -2
[11351.010380] PM: Device 0000:00:19.0 failed to suspend async: error
-2

The situation is identical, suspend doesn't work unless the module is
removed. I would really appreciate it if you could take a whack at
this.
