Dear all,
e1000e is able to receive double tagged packet by manually changing the mtu
to 1504 which switches the clean_rx pointer to e1000_clean_rx_irq_ps in
e1000_configure_rx.
But using page split would cause small packet rx performance degradation.
We did a 512 byte udp packet zero-loss test on our platform which showed a
24% degradation when set mtu larger than 1500(for double tagging ).
Does any one have this issue or can give me some advice ?
I would precipitate very much!
