By default, ixgbe driver disable UFO feature:

However, from 82599 datasheet I read some notes:
"Similar to TCP segmentation, the 82599 also provides a capability to offload
UDP segmentation. Note that current UDP segmentation offload is not supported
by any standard OS."
Can I enable UFO for ixgbe driver?
