I've never set up a symmetric has myself but I believe you could use a key something like this: 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a 0x6d5a Basically the first 32bit of the key need to be identical to the second 32bit, and the 16bit afterwards should be identical to the next 16bit. I imagine this wouldn't be as effective as a hash though. So you might not get as good a queue spread, but you can play with the value to see what works best with your flows.
