Hi Agnel,

You can see in the output above that your interface does not support 1Gbps:

>        Supported link modes:   10000baseT/Full
>        Advertised link modes:  10000baseT/Full
 
Which is why you are not able to connect at that speed.

You need a multi-speed SFP+ module that supports 1Gbps.
