Hi,

I am unable to build i40 driver version for kernel 4.9.337 with 
CONFIG_I40E_DISABLE_PACKET_SPLIT=1. Since it does not seem to be possible to 
report a bug in SourceForge project anymore, here is a description of the 
problem.

Building i40e driver version 2.22.20 for kernel 4.9.337 with 
CONFIG_I40E_DISABLE_PACKET_SPLIT=1, build fails - see console output extract 
below:
