I've made the following updates to the wiki:
1) On the e4 home page (wiki.eclipse.org/E4) I've updated the "Get It"
section to tell people to take M4 as the base (since that's what the
builds use) and noted to install EMF for modelled UI work.
2) On the PSFs page (wiki.eclipse.org/E4/ProjectSetFiles I added a section
"Which PSFs Should I Load?" with a section for e4.ui, explaing which PSFs
are for what. Perhaps others would like to list their PSFs there. Note
I'm fine having this information on another wiki page, I just thought the
page where we tell them how to import PSFs might be a good place to tell
them which do what.
