I have done an update of the e4 0.9 plan in preparation for the release. I
have marked all items committed that are part of the 0.9 release. I have
also updated the corresponding plan item bug reports (marked FIXED for
committed items). Feel free to add comments to plan item bugs that you
own, to describe in more detail what was and wasn't done in relation to
the plan item.
