There have been discussions about this for years, including at least one 
past plan item. I think everyone agrees something is needed to help with 
this, but nobody has found the time to work on it. Maybe we could stop 
working on e4 and fix that instead ;)  Meanwhile, I know some teams just 
copy/paste the preference files into the .settings directory of each 
project to share them. I've even heard of people writing scripts to 
automate it to keep a set of projects in sync.  The most recent bug I
