org.eclipse.ui.ide was forked in org.eclipse.e4.resources for the 0.9 flexible resource work. We're not going to touch that. But we forked org.eclipse.ui, org.eclipse.ui.workbench, org.eclipse.ui.ide, and org.eclipse.ui.ide.application in org.eclipse.e4.ui for the 0.9 compatibility work, and then never used them.
