I have scheduled at test build for tonight to test changes for

With these changes the 4.1 SDK will be built first targeting 3.7. Then,
the e4 bundles will be built targeting the 4.1SDK.
The tests will also run against the 4.1 SDK.
This will be the first end-to-end run of the new releng setup, if things
go well, tomorrow's IBuild will be built this way.
