It works for me on cocoa 32 bit. 

There are some painting artifacts (scroll bars have starting area painted 
rectangle rather then rounded, tabs sometime get extra line pained under 
them), but resizing and tooltips work for me on the 32 bit system

At least for me on cocoa64 things are *NOT* behaving normal. I get no
sash-resize cursors, no JavaDoc-Tooltips on JDT-Editor.

To me it looks like the mousemove events are not delivered appropriately
but I don't exactly know yet.
