Hi all, If i understand Tom's proposal correctly, to me it certainly seems reasonable to have a feature, which once downloaded, enables e4 apps to run on 3.x. Paul's proposal also makes sense, but i think dealing with separate bundles is more complicated for an adopter once you are outside the world of the p2 and don't have the category data (if there is such a usecase). Also, such a proposed feature can be declared to be only installable in a 3.x environment, i.e. explicitly state it is The forward compat feature. Just my uneducated opinion.
