Native language support is NOT available in 4.0. We added support for it in 4.1. The only thing you need to do is to put %mykey into the model and the put "mykey=My Label" in the bundle.properties (by default located in your OSGI/l10n/bundle.properties)
The ModelTooling in 4.1 has support to extract those strings for you.
