Just in case anyone is wondering where 4.1RC3 is, I20110529-2200 is our
RC3 build.

http://download.eclipse.org/e4/downloads/drops/I20110529-2200/index.html

We have not been able to officially promote this to the stable RC3 build
on the download pages because download.eclipse.org is currently in a
readonly state due to the recent excitement at the foundation.

This readonly state together with permission problems around signing (
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=347744) are also preventing
further builds towards RC4 at this time.
