I added some support to allow editing CSS properties to the CSS Spy.  For 
example, you can now change the background image with 
"url(http://mt.ca/~bsd/bsd-berlin.jpg)", for example — or any other image, of 
course ;)  Some of the properties don't properly report their value, notably 
image properties like "background-image".
