>From a quick scan, it looks like there are a ton of old bugs relating to all aspects of e4 in that bucket - model, CSS engine, renderer, compatibility, etc. I think you would be better off starting with a cleaner list of tooling specific bugs and leave behind the old bugs for historical interest.
