Hi Tom, AFAIK the e4 project is for hosting innovative new technologies like this new translation approach which I really like.
I agree that the bundle name should get changed. Maybe this project should also be moved to its own e4 Git repo to separate it from the tools but IMHO e4 is the right place for it. My suggestion would be to open a bug report asking for a separate repo within e4. The initial commit could fix the bundle name.
