Unfortunately, the JDT doesn't use the 3.x themes. It stores the
Fonts/Colors directly in the Preference store and we don't support such
cases in the CSS at this moment. We have the bug for it - Bug 422536

thanks,
Daniel

I have N20140312-2000 on my machine and gave it a try. But the java editor
still uses black fonts for many of the identifiers which makes them pretty
invisible. I thought the bridge was supposed to fix that. Or do I need to
try a later build?

Thanks!
Doug.

To see dark theme download the latest I-build and it is included. M6 has
the first version but we reworked it already a bit for M7. To extend it
see

Thanks, Daniel,

BTW, do we have concise instructions on how to set up the dark theme?
We've seen the announcements, but I haven't seen the instructions on how
to actually set it up on both sides of the bridge.

Doug.

Hi,

I've updated the WIKI with some additional information about the CSS
bridge - https://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse4/CSS/Bridge#The_CSS_bridge

Please let me know if you have any comments,
Daniel
