Hi list, finding a certain part using the EPartService is not possible anymore when i.e. a dialog has previously gained focus.
The flow could be for example: - Handler is instantiated, - EPartService is injected - Handler is executed o Show progressDialog o ... do something ... o Find certain view using partService.findPart(id) --> returns null Is this expected behavior? Being forced to set the focus back to the worbenchwindow before using partservice seems non-intuitive to me...
