The e4 project is a separate repository from other Platform repo. It can be
nice for very new work that plans to be shipped separately, but in many
cases, it makes it harder and less successful to move things back to
Platform "Core". Using forked experimental repos from the core platform
ones would be a more efficient way to encourage innovation with higher
chances of having things back in Platform Core.
The other possible workflow would be to work only with Gerrit patches, but
Gerrit fits better actual code proposals, not so well experiments.
