Dear Matthieu,
The purpose of this new Windows package is just to simplify our website by
replacing multiple localized drivers into a single multi-country installer.
There is nothing really new there.

There are also a file CpeList.txt which for a given provider give
VPI,VCI, Protocol/Encapsulation and the bnm to use...
