I have quite some strange result if I look which is max download rate
for a given upload rate.
For that I use ftp : I download on ftp.free.fr and upload on
ftpperso.free.fr. So the rate shouldn't be limited by the remote host.
The result are :

0o/s 650Ko/s
10000o/s 400Ko/s
20000o/s 350Ko/s
30000o/s 300Ko/s
40000o/s 120Ko/s
50000o/s 120Ko/s
60000o/s 63Ko/s
64Ko/s 60Ko/s
I know that tcp need paquet for sending ack, but what's is strange is
that even for an small upload rate the download rate fall quickly.
Could it be usb or the modem that saturate ?
