yep, by default do not use CMVs as long as we have not DSPcode that work
with them in ISDN...
If the user knows s/he is using POTS, s/he can use CMVs

*before* trying to use CMV
That's part of my questions to Analog and Sagem.

yep, until we have DSPcode supporting CMV for ISDN 
or - as a *workaround* - unless we hardcode *NOT TO USE* CMV if the line is 
ISDN, I do not know if it's possible (this would be as simple as ignore 
Linecode=0xA *IF and only IF* eaglectrl can determine that the line is ISDN 
*before* sending CMV...

That's the reason why I would like to release this version, then obtain
answers to my technical questions, so that we can work out this CMV
issue with ISDN (in Germany, but in other countries too...)
