[Eagleusb-dev] Bug in eagle-driver?

Hi all, using eagle driver on my linux box, it gives me an attenuation 
which is between 45 and 50dB.

Pluging the same modem on a windows box, and DSLmon.exe gives me 58dB ...
who's bugged ?
