J'ai compris comme toi. C'est embettant pour le futur, si demain
on a en france deux configurations possibles, alors cette règle de nommage
deviendra obsolète...

Les précédents choix (CMVei{ES,FR,IT,}) permettaient d'avoir
CMVei${Country}.txt
Et ${Country}='' est la configuration par défaut (avec le même nom).
Si l'on change le nom du fichier par défaut, profitons en pour utiliser
des noms à rallonge comme
CMVei.default.txt, CVMei.France.FranceTelecom.txt, ou pire encore...
Et l'on revient à la première question (pays seulement ?).
