That was just because we were in hurry and wanted to eventually insulate
any changes from "main" code .. and as I do not like CVS branching ( we
should perhaps consider switching to arch .. or subversion), it was
simpler ... I think that when CMVs code will be stabilized and proved to
work, we'll consider removing totally the code related to the "old"
options stuff ... CMV text file is definitvely more powerfull: no need
to update a working driver, just the BNMs and the associated CMV text
file ...

| Those CMV from Linux version 2.032 are identical to Win2.0.31 except mask 8
| is commented out. So I suppose the Linux driver support all but mask 8
| options.

In fact the driver do not look at this CMV : it sends them to the modem
and the modem use them ... Thus the mask 8 should work, or at least it
won't be blocked by the driver ...

| By experience I found that CMV should be /etc/eagle-usb even I point to a
| different place for the eagle-usb.conf file
| (/var/ipcop/eagle-usb/eagle-usb.conf)

I know. Soryy for this, but as I mentionned before we did it in hurry
... But IMHO last code should be capable to use /var/ipcop/eagle-usb/ as
the path eaglectr.c uses the CONF_DIR define.

| Unload the driver and reseting usb does not help, so reboot cure the
| problem.

Wow ... strange enough ...
