Il est là le problème !!!!!
en fait eu_dsp c'est l'ancien nom (version < 1.9.7) du lien sur le
script qui s'appelle maintenant eagle-usb
1- ton fichier eagle-usb n'est pas à jour (version 1.5 sur la CVS)
2- voici ce à quoi ressemble /etc/hotplug/usb/eagle-usb.usermap

Pour installer la CVS bien respecter la procédure :
1- ./autogen.sh
2- ./configure
3- make uninstall et au besoin un petit 'rm -rf /etc/eagle-usb' et 'rm
-rf /etc/hotplug/usb/*'
4- make clean
5- make
6- make install
7- eagleconfig
