Voici un extrait de ce qui se passe lors de mon make-kpkg modules-image
--revision=etc.....
J'en ai profité pour comprendre comment ça marchait autoconf.
Je dirais que l'erreur vient des lignes du type :
(2025) # if test ${BUILD_MODULE} == 1 ; then
(2157) # if test $USE_IFUPDOWN == 1 ; then
(2573) # if test ${BUILD_MODULE} == 1 ; then
...
Ce qui signifie que BUILD_MODULE (et les autres qui suivent) n'ont pas de
valeur au moment du test... J'ai trouvé un cas où c'est possible.

bash2.05b$ echo ${ac_cv_prog_USE_IFUPDOWN+set}
bash2.05b$ ac_cv_prog_USE_IFUPDOWN=""
bash2.05b$ echo ${ac_cv_prog_USE_IFUPDOWN+set}
set

Ce qui signifie que tu as fait d'une manière où d'une autre
ac_cv_prog_USE_IFUPDOWN="" avant de lancer le ./configure
Si c'est cela ce n'est pas un bug : autoconf autorise l'utilisateur à
écraser la valeur de USE_IFUPDOWN.
J'aimerais avoir la ligne de commande exacte que tu as lancé (utilise un
nouveau terminal si tu refais le test pour être sûr que tes variables
d'environnement sont fraiches).
