Assume I have split an editor window, the insertion point is in the upper pane, and the portion of the file visible in the lower pane is closer to the end of the file than, and does not include, the insertion point. If I press RETURN, the contents of BOTH panes moves down. A pane that does not contain the insertion point should not be modified by typing at the insertion point.
