I see the *exact* same behavior as Hani with my configuration (Win2k sp1,
jdk1.3.1_02, IDEA 629).

Also, I've noticed that clicking doesn't always update the scope highlight
and line number.  If the cursor is currently at the end of the line and you
click on that same line, but to the right of the cursor, then no update is
made (i have "allow to place caret after end of line" unchecked).
