The compilation is successful. When I launch the Ant task manually, it works fine (creates a plugin jar, and copies it somewhere)
When I check the task "Execute after compilation", the machine displays the "compile" dialog, but nothing happens. Strange : It is almost frozen, but the CPU usage is very low.
