[Eap-bugs] 629 cosmetic bug : folding scope vertical bar remains, with only 1 import line.

After removing manually the 2nd import line, the folding scope vertical 
bar did not disappear.
Changing panel didn't help.
Compiling didn't help.

I had to click on the [-] to make it disappear.
