Alex, eap.j2ee group contains the example of configuration for TEI usage. Can you try it and tell me the difference?

But the list should be viewed as ONE merged jsp directory. 2.) Aliases defined in the web.xml for tlds got not resolved. 3.) TEI classes for TagLibs are not evaluated. They specify e.g. that a special tag introduces a local variable in the jsp.
