I know of the "Mapped drive" problem.  Are there any other "scenarios" under which it 
is 
advisable to remove the FileWatcher.dll?  Are these things bugs in the implementation 
of 
fileWatcher, or is it more of a "system limitation" with microsoft's file watching 
mechansim.
