I think this may have been reported before, at least in some sense but I can't
find it now. So If this is a duplicate please ignore.
The final curly brace at the end of a .java file will cause the GUI to repeat
if you scroll with the mouse wheel or with the scroll bar and the curser is out
of the active editor view (i.e. at the top of the file).
If I use the down arrows then I can only scroll to the end of the file no
further. But if you look at the scroll bar it will still not be at the bottom.
If you click on the scroll bar down arrow the GUI will scroll and not repaint
correctly. (see attached)
The key to making this work is have the cursor be near the top of the file so
it's not in the active view when you scroll to the bottom. This will cause the
problem. If the curser is in the active view the problem will appear but will
refresh in a few seconds.
I think the easy fix would be to make sure the scroll bar is at the bottom
limit when the last line of the file is shown and not let it scroll any further,
but it'd be nice to have the refresh fixed to clear up the GUI.-kevin
