I have defined my taglib URI's as "External Resources". If I need to change a
taglib URI or open a page which contains a URI I don't have defined even after I
add it to "External Resources" the tag validation shows up as 'invalid tag
library prefix "c"' (in red). So the JSP tag directives are refreshed since the
URI is no longer red but all the tags that used that prefix are still red. It's
a easy workaround, just change the prefix and change it back or make some other
change on the page. It will refresh and be fine.
Seems there just needs to be a simple refresh called when you update a URI in
the "External Resources" IDE Options.
